I went into my account at eveonline.com and FINALLY managed to get in (they wanted the name of one of my characters on the account...last time I was in it was 2009, and I only played less than a month before I had my "problem" with it), it's a deactivated account, but still there, so they still know I bought and own the game (the original game, not expansions). If I can scrape up the $15 for a month I'm THINKING about turning it on, I believe 4sylum said he hasn't paid for it since he started, making enough in the game to pay for it, so if that's possible, and I am not hunted to extinction in the game, I MIGHT try it again. It's currently downloading.

I think I handed all my ships and cash off to the other people in the corp I disbanded when I quit though, so I would be starting back out broke and naked. Though I guess the skills I learned in there would still be there. Wish you could see your character details from the website without having to get into the game.

EDIT: Ok, it's downloaded and installed and patched...now I just need to manage turning the account back on.

I know alot about network connection, Port Forwarding, some scripting and coding, and modify files (Not actual modding). She used to be a pro photographer MANY years ago, and has been wanting to start shooting again since digital cameras are so cheap and she can get a digital SLR body that will fit her pro lenses she already has. She wants a color laser printer that won't break the bank to buy, that will print on photo paper (she says the one they have at work melts photo paper), and that will not cost an arm and a leg to feed...as in, toner won't have to be replaced every week at $150 a pop.

The last laser I had was a document only, business printer, that I got for $35 when a business upgraded it. The guy I got it off of made sure he put through an order for a new toner cartridge as soon as he found out they were talking about replacing the printer, so when his boss told him to throw it out, he gave it to me for $35. He said they had been printing massive amounts of paper every month on it, and the cartridge lasted awhile, so it should do me good. I used it for 5 years before the toner started running out. No one wanted it when I tried to get rid of it, so I just tossed it eventually.

Regardless, I know nothing about lasers...do they even use photo paper? Or do they make photo quality output on plain paper? Those of you that work in retail and sell these things, fill me in. Tell me what I need to know to pass on to Maggie, and any suggestions for a cheap, reliable, dependable model to get. Links if you have them. ;)
